Sambo Snyder serves as Vice President of Operations at ExpertPays, where she leads operational strategy with precision, accountability, and a focus on scalable growth. Her global background and disciplined leadership style bring clarity and structure to complex environments.
Raised in Paris, France, Sambo immigrated to the United States at sixteen and enlisted in the United States Navy after high school. As a Navy administrator stationed in Italy near Sardinia, she supported mission critical operations while beginning her Master of Business Administration studies with a focus on ecommerce.
After her military service, Sambo worked at the United States Embassy in London before returning to San Diego to complete her master’s degree while working in the biotechnology sector. She was later recruited by a fashion company to lead operations, leveraging her fluency in French, Italian, and English to manage global sourcing strategies. She oversaw compliance, supplier onboarding, manufacturing, distribution, direct to consumer and wholesale sales, and customer experience.
At ExpertPays, Sambo strengthens systems, improves performance, streamlines workflows, and aligns teams around disciplined execution. She is known for her positive attitude and her ability to see the broader operational picture while identifying practical opportunities for improvement.
Outside of work, Sambo enjoys movies, explores graphic design as a creative outlet, and spends time with her family and her golden doodle.
