Chief Revenue Officer
Megan Kim is the Chief Revenue Officer at ExpertPays, LLC. In this role and as a member of the company’s executive management team, Megan focuses on driving growth and optimizing revenue streams through aligned sales, marketing, and customer success efforts.
Prior to joining ExpertPays, Megan was the operating partner at a regional law firm, where she focused her practice on business and construction litigation, community association law, and attorney professional negligence defense. Megan brings extensive litigation and trial experience to the team. Additionally, she has argued on clients' behalf before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on numerous occasions. She is licensed to practice law in Nevada, Wisconsin, and Washington.
Megan earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nevada (Reno) and a Juris Doctor from Marquette University. She was named as Nevada Business Legal Elite in 2018 and as a Mountain States Super Lawyers’ Rising Star from 2018 - 2025. She is a frequent volunteer for Legal Aid of Southern Nevada, and previously served multiple terms as a Board Member Elect for the Wisconsin State Bar Non-Resident Lawyer Division. Megan has also regularly accepted pro bono work on behalf of the Animal Legal Defense Fund and the American Wild Horse Campaign.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys boxing, reading good books, drinking strong coffee, and spending time with her family and friends.
