Joselle Ruscito – Senior Account Manager

Joselle Ruscito brings a unique blend of financial services expertise and legal operations leadership to her role as Senior Account Manager at ExpertPays. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Joselle began her career in the finance sector, working with major credit companies where she played a key role in expanding operations into Nevada. Through this work, she obtained multiple state licenses and certifications specific to the debt settlement industry, building a strong foundation in compliance and client-focused financial solutions.

For the past 16 years, Joselle served as Chief Operating Officer of a prominent personal injury law firm in Las Vegas. In that role, she oversaw all aspects of firm management, from operations and staff leadership to client experience and case workflows. This extensive background provides her with a deep, practical understanding of the challenges and priorities facing ExpertPays’ clients, allowing her to deliver solutions that are both strategic and highly effective.

 Joselle is known for her ability to drive positive change and bring structure to complex environments. Her hands-on approach, combined with her operational insight, makes her a trusted partner to the firms she supports.

Outside of work, Joselle is a huge hockey fan who thrives in fast-paced environments. She enjoys reading, watching crime documentaries, and traveling with her husband. At home, she stays busy with their four dogs, embracing both the energy and balance that come with a full and active life.
