Jackie Wallis is the Senior Account Manager for the West Coast region at ExpertPays, supporting law firms across Nevada, Arizona, California, Washington, Alaska, and Hawaii. In addition to managing client relationships throughout the region, Jackie plays a key leadership role within the organization by training and mentoring account managers and serving as a trusted internal resource for team support, process guidance, and client service excellence. She is dedicated to helping clients stay closely connected to ExpertPays by delivering responsive communication, dependable support, and a seamless experience throughout every stage of the expert witness and litigation support process.
With a career spanning sales, real estate, mortgage lending, gaming operations, and public safety, Jackie brings a practical understanding of high stakes timelines, service expectations, and detail driven workflows. She began her professional career in Southern California real estate prior to the 2008 housing downturn and later worked as a mortgage account executive. After relocating to Henderson, she built extensive operational and leadership experience with Station Casinos, where she worked on the gaming floor, supported executive management teams, and helped establish a property sales team. Jackie later expanded her sales and training background with national homebuilder Pulte Homes and also served the City of Henderson as an emergency dispatch operator, strengthening her ability to remain calm, organized, and solutions focused in fast paced and time sensitive environments.
Known as a self proclaimed customer service guru, Jackie enjoys working with people, improving processes, and solving complex problems. Her leadership style is rooted in collaboration, accountability, and relationship building, making her a valued resource for both clients and colleagues alike. She thrives in task based environments and takes pride in helping clients feel supported, informed, and confident in the value ExpertPays delivers.
Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time with her children and step children, camping, reading, cooking, documentaries and true stories, and solo travel adventures, including conquering her fear of heights through zip lining.
