Amanda Stolkin serves as Accounting Manager at ExpertPays, where she oversees the company’s accounting department and leads a team responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of a fast-paced, high-transaction organization. With extensive experience across legal, nonprofit, and construction sectors, Amanda brings both precision and perspective to the complex financing structures that support ExpertPays’ innovative funding solutions.

 As one of the most tenured members of the ExpertPays team, Amanda plays a critical role in maintaining balance—not only within the company’s financial operations, but across her department. Her leadership ensures accurate reporting, clean reconciliations, and disciplined financial controls that allow ExpertPays to scale responsibly while continuing to serve law firms nationwide.

 The daughter of an attorney and originally from Tucson, Arizona, Amanda developed an early familiarity with the nuances of law firm operations. Her professional background includes owning and operating her own bookkeeping company, where she primarily served nonprofit clients. She has also worked within construction companies and as a legal assistant, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the operational and financial challenges businesses face across industries.

 Amanda holds a degree in Liberal Arts and considers herself creative at heart (an “artsy” personality) that she believes contributes to the balance and attention to detail required in high-volume accounting. Outside the office, she enjoys creating original portraits and embroidery inspired by popular body art. She and her husband, a tattoo artist, frequently attend art expos and immerse themselves in creative communities.

 Amanda also enjoys exploring new restaurants, building with Legos, and spending time at what she considers the greatest theme park, Universal Studios Florida. At home, she shares her life with her beloved dog Murphy, a mixed breed she proudly describes as “a little bit of everything.”
