Alexa Hadiyanto is an Assistant Account Manager at ExpertPays, where she supports the client experience by opening files and liaising with new attorneys and law firms beginning their work with ExpertPays. In her role, Alexa helps ensure new matters are organized, responsive, and positioned for a smooth process from the start.

Born in Indonesia and raised in Southern California, Alexa brings a thoughtful, hardworking perspective to her work. An avid reader and lifelong learner, she has always valued curiosity, discipline, and personal growth. As a standout gymnast in childhood, Alexa learned early the importance of perseverance, focus, and overcoming obstacles, qualities that continue to shape the way she approaches challenges today.

Alexa attended college in Hawaii, where she initially planned to study English before shifting her focus to business in preparation for law school. After college, she began working as a legal clerk, gaining valuable insight into the inner workings of a law firm and the importance of clear communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Now living in San Diego, Alexa enjoys spending her downtime reading and spending time at the beach with her German Shepherd, Aries.
