Amanda Cattoni is an Account Manager at ExpertPays, where she works directly with attorneys and law firms to ensure their experience with ExpertPays is seamless, efficient, and well supported. She understands the demands placed on busy legal professionals and is committed to providing responsive communication, dependable follow-through, and a client experience built on trust and professionalism. 

Before joining ExpertPays, Amanda served as an account manager with several marketing companies focused on supporting lawyers and law firms. Through that experience, she developed a strong understanding of the professional relationships, clear communication, and practical efficiency attorneys require when managing active caseloads and firm operations. Her background allows her to anticipate client needs, simplify processes, and help firms feel confident and supported throughout their work with ExpertPays. 

Amanda brings a collaborative and solutions focused approach to her role. Having played soccer growing up, she has always valued teamwork, preparation, and accountability. These qualities continue to guide the way she works with clients and colleagues. A self-described nerd, Amanda loves to read, especially historical fiction, and is currently pursuing her master’s degree. 

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Amanda is deeply family oriented. She and her husband have four children and a golden retriever named Jack. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys traveling to tropical destinations and has recently started running 5K fun runs with her family. 

In addition to her work at ExpertPays, Amanda and her husband own and operate a successful party rentals business serving the greater Houston area, providing bounce houses, water slides, and inflatables for local families and events. Her entrepreneurial experience further strengthens her appreciation for responsive service, organization, and creating positive experiences for every client she serves.
